This section describes the "Get notified" text and email program you can opt into on the Text & Email Updates page, reached from "Get updates" on the davenn.com home page.

- Varies — typically no more than a few messages per month, only when there's something new.

- Reply STOP to any text, or click "unsubscribe" in any email, at any time.
- Help
- Reply HELP to any text, or email support@davenn.com.
By submitting your phone number or email address on the sign-up page and ticking the consent box, you consent to receive these messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your contact information.
Confidence Pool messaging
This is a separate program from the update notifications above. It applies to the messaging number used by the Confidence Pool app.

- davenn.com Confidence Pool
- What it does
- You send a photo of your filled-in pick sheet to the number. It reads the picks and confidence points off the image and replies with what it recorded, along with a link to correct anything misread. The photo itself is not kept.
- Who it's for
- Invited participants in one private family pool. This is not a public service, there is no sign-up, and the number does not message anyone who has not messaged it first.
- Frequency
- One reply per sheet you send — in practice a few messages a week during the NFL season, and none outside it.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply, charged by your carrier.
- Opt out
- Reply STOP at any time. You will receive no further replies and your number will no longer be recognised by the pool.
- Help
- Reply HELP to any message, or email support@davenn.com.
By sending a photo to this number you consent to receive replies about that sheet. Sending a photo also means it will be read and filed against your name in the pool — see our Privacy Policy for what is stored and for how long. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No wagering
The Confidence Pool is a free scorekeeping tool for a private family game. davenn.com does not accept entry fees, hold or transfer funds, take bets, set or publish odds, or award prizes of any kind. Point spreads shown in the app are transcribed from a sheet that was printed before the games and are used solely to work out who picked correctly. Nothing on this site facilitates gambling or real-money play.
Using davenn.com
davenn.com is intended for people aged 13 and over. Don't submit a phone number, email address, or photo that isn't yours to submit.
davenn.com is a personal collection of small, independent utilities, provided as-is and free of charge. There's no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or continued availability of any app — features can change or be removed at any time.
Some apps let you create an account or submit content (Toolshare listings and photos, Flight Tracker logs, Confidence Pool sheet photos, leaderboard entries). You're responsible for what you submit, and it should be accurate, non-offensive, and something you have the right to post. We can remove content or accounts that violate this.
Don't use these apps to attempt to harm the site, other users, or third parties — including uploading malicious files, scraping at scale, or attempting to access another user's data.

These tools are provided without warranty of any kind. davenn.com is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or its apps, to the extent permitted by law.
